Terms :
The insured must still be the owner of the vehicle at the time of the claim;
The warranty only applies to repairs carried out by a CarrXpert body shop;
Parts have a warranty limited to that offered by their manufacturer;
Any claim under this warranty should be submitted to your CarrXpert body shop. He may demand to see the vehicle in order to ascertain the admissibility of the complaint;
The customer must provide the CarrXpert bodybuilder with the invoice and estimate for a repair covered by his insurer.
Excludes:
This warranty does not apply to a vehicle used for commercial purposes;
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by rust or normal aging of the vehicle, abuse (abuse), chemical fallout, pollution, or damage caused by collision or acts of vandalism ;
This guarantee cannot exceed the initial amount of the repairs carried out.
